InstaViewer owns the Service, including software, design, and brand elements. Third-party content (e.g., media reachable via Instagram links) remains the property of its respective owners. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and any third-party terms.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue and jurisdiction will lie in the competent courts of that location.
